DISCOVER THE
POWERBREATHER
The Next Generation Swim Snorkel
Speed Vent
Patented valve technology prevents water from entering the snorkel tube. Options available with added resistance for different levels of respiratory training.
Easy Fit Air Junction
Adjustable position mouthpiece brings D-TUBES into the proper position for maximum fit and comfort.
D-Tubes
Dual tubes are shaped for comfort and used for intake only, so there’s no risk of exhaled air containing CO2 reentering your lungs.
Twist Lock System
Easy-to-use dial adjustment ensures a custom and ergonomic fit. It stays secure, even during fast flip turns.
Speed Vent
The patented valve technology prevents water from entering while you are breathing. For additional respiratory training, we offer further options with increased resistance.
Easy Fit Air Junction
Use the mouthpiece to properly position the D-TUBES. For optimum fit and maximum comfort.
D-Tubes
The two tubes rest comfortably on the head and are solely intended for inhalation. As a result, there is no risk of expired CO2 returning to the lungs.
Twist Lock System
The twisting lock system allows for comfortable adjustment to any head size and a secure fit – even during fast flip turns.
BREATHE IN THE WATER AS YOU DO OUTSIDE THE WATER
FRESH AIR SYSTEM
The patented Fresh Air System makes the Powerbreather unique. Unlike with common snorkels, you inhale and exhale through two completely separate channels, ensuring that only fresh, oxygen-rich air enters your lungs. At the same, the innovative valve technology prevents water from entering the system.
ALWAYS 100% FRESH AIR
The Powerbreather completely separates inhalation (through both tubes) from exhalation (through the mouthpiece), so only fresh, oxygen-rich air enters your lungs. This prevents Carbon Dioxide levels increasing in the tube which occurs in traditional snorkels.
DRY EVEN UNDERWATER
Inhale deeply without the fear of swallowing water – made possible with the Powerbreather due to its innovative valve technology and smart design. With specifically developed diffusers, Powerbreather safely prevents water from entering the system. At the same time, the natural humidity of inhaled air and any occasional water will be automatically transported out of the system when exhaling through the mouthpiece.
FIRST STEPS WITH THE POWERBREATHER
YOUR POWERBREATHER
Make yourself familiar with the Powerbreather and read the manual carefully before your first use. Make sure the markings on the SPEED VENT face outwards and the highest upper edge of the SPEED VENTS faces forward towards your swimming direction.
PUT ON THE POWERBREATHER WHILE OUTSIDE THE WATER
Adjust the Powerbreather to perfectly fit the shape and size of your head. To fit the mouthpiece, move the EASY FIT AIR JUNCTION slightly up and down. Then relax and breathe deeply in and out through the mouth for a few times.
YOUR FIRST STEPS IN THE WATER
Fix the Powerbreather on your head with the TWIST LOCK SYSTEM and find a secure position in shallow water reaching up to shoulder-height.
FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH BREATHING THROUGH THE MOUTH
Put your head under water, bringing your mouth and nose under the surface. The ends of the D-Tubes should always remain above surface! Then breathe slowly and deeply in and out through the mouth, preferably for about 5 minutes
THEN START SWIMMING
Only when you can breathe in and out without any problem, you can start swimming. We suggest to begin with breaststrokes. If that works out fine, start swimming freestyle.
